IDP/PMS AND BUDGET ROADSHOWS

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 16 (1)(a) (i-iv) and Section 17 (2) (d-e), Section 11(3),Section (3) (b) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000 and Section 23 (1)(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act No.56 of 2003 that Mnquma Local Municipality will be embarking on Roadshows to present Draft 2022/2027 IDP, Draft 2022/2025 Medium Term Revenue and Expenditure Framework Budget, Draft 2022-2023 Tarrif Structure and Budget related Policies. Community meners are herein invited to attend the Roadshows which are scheduled as follows – The meeting will be held as follows:

Date: 06 April 2021; Venue: Centane Community Hall, Wards (23,24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32); Time: 10h00

Date: 07 April 2022, Venue: Ngqamakwe TRC Hall, Ward: 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,18, 19, 20, 21; Time: 10h00

Date: 08 April 2022; Venue: Butterworth Town Hall, Ward: 22, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12; Time: 10H00
