Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 53(1)(c)(ii) and Section 53(3)(a) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act No. 56 of 2003, that the Executive Mayor of Mnquma Local Municipality has approved the 2023/2024 Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP). The document is available for inspection in the following areas:
