Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 53(1)(c)(ii) and Section 53(3)(a) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act No. 56 of 2003, that the Executive Mayor of Mnquma Local Municipality has approved the 2023/2024 Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP). The document is available for inspection in the following areas:

• Centane Satellite Office
• Ngqamakwe Satellite Office

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25(4) (a) (i)-(ii) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000 and Section 18(1) of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations that the Final 2023/2024 Integrated Development Plan, Final 2023/2026 MTREF Budget and Final 2023/2024 Tariff Structure were adopted in a Special Council meeting held on 30^th May 2023, they are now available for public inspection in the following offices:
