| Black Dot Property Consultants (Pty) has been appointed to compile the 2024-2029 General Valuation Roll and Supplementary Valuation Roll in terms of Municipal Property Rates Act (Act No. 6 of 2004). In respect of the above, the officials of Black Dot Property Consultants (Pty) will be visiting your properties to collect data to assist the Municipal Valuer with compilation of the Valuation Rolls. Your attention is specifically drawn to section 41 & 42 of the Municipal Property Rates Act 6 of 2004, there is an obligation on the property owner to allow the municipal valuer and his agents to access any specific property and to furnish the Municipal valuer or his agent with information relating to property to be valued. The designated persons will be identified by a card issued by the Municipality with a person’s a photograph.
